Silence is not the absence of sound. It is the absence of distraction.
About the retreat
This silent yoga retreat is an invitation to step out of constant input and return to direct experience. In a world filled with noise, stimulation, and expectation, silence becomes a doorway-not something forced, but something naturally revealed when we create the right conditions.
During this retreat, silence is held as a supportive practice throughout the day, allowing attention to settle inward and awareness to become more refine.
Through mindful yoga, meditation, rest, and time in nature, the nervous system is given space to unwind. Without the pressure to speak, explain or perform, the body begins to speak in its own language.
This retreat is not about fixing or achieving. It is about listening.
And remembering how to be with yourself – just as you are.

Location & accommodation
Koh Phangan is a place where jungle meets sea-naturally supporting stillness, grounding, and presence. Surrounded by tropical nature, the environment itself becomes part of the practice: the sound of the wind, waves, birds, and the rhythm of daylight. The land invites slowing down

Sunny - ERYT 500
My approach is rooted in embodiment and respect for the body’s natural rhythms. I don’t teach from a place of pushing or fixing, but from learning to trust sensation, breath, and presence as quiet guides. Silence, for me, is not an absence—it is a doorway into deeper honesty with ourselves.
My teaching is shaped by years of personal practice and lived experience. Yoga has supported me mentally, physically, and energetically through many phases of life, and I share from that place—not as someone who has everything figured out, but as someone who has learned by paying close attention to her own body and inner world.
I’m less interested in performance or spiritual concepts, and more interested in what is actually felt. In retreats, I create a simple, safe container where slowing down is allowed, the nervous system can settle, and awareness can naturally deepen. Through gentle movement, breath, stillness, and silence, participants are invited to reconnect with themselves beneath the noise.
Silence is not something to achieve here—it’s something we soften into.
