1. Payment and Cancellation Policies

(a) Payment Policy
A deposit of 600 EUR, paid through PayPal or Bank Transfer, is required to secure your place on the Yoga Teacher Training course. We will send you details for deposit payment upon confirmation of your place on the course. The deposit must be paid within 4 days of confirmation of your place on the course.

The remaining fee can be paid via Bank Transfer 7 days before the start of the course. We will send you payment details when your place on the course is confirmed.

(b) Cancellation Policy

  • Canceling 60 days prior to training start date. You’ll receive a full refund (minus the transaction fee on our side if applicable).
  • Canceling less than 60 – 30 days prior to training start dates. You’ll receive 50% refund.
  • Canceling less than 30 days prior to training start dates is non-refundable. You can use it for future training with Sunny Yoga.

Once you have started the course the fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

(c) Instructor Cancellation Policy

Students will be fully refunded should the instructor(s) need to cancel the Yoga Teacher Training for any reason, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or medical/personal/family/work emergencies.

This Yoga Teacher Training requires a minimum of 10 students to go ahead. If the Yoga Teacher Training is at a capacity of 7 or less 60 days prior to the start date, Sunny Yoga reserves the right to cancel the event. In such a case, all paid deposits will be refunded.

Students’ flight/ferry tickets and/or additional accommodation costs and/or general travel expenses will NOT be reimbursed should the instructor(s) cancel the Yoga Teacher Training.

2. Liability Waiver

(a) It is an essential requirement of anyone attending the Yoga Teacher Training with Sunny Yoga to accept and abide by the following release of liability:

‘I understand that, while the utmost care is taken, neither the individual teachers, Sunny Yoga, nor the venue will be liable for any damage or injury resulting from my practice or the use of the training centre, nor any loss or damage to personal belongings. I understand that classes may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with the knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I recognise that it is my responsibility to notify the teacher of any illness or injury before the start of every class. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Sunny Yoga, its teachers or its members for any injury, property loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise’.

3. Note: The additional purchase of TRAVEL/HEALTH INSURANCE is highly recommended to provide the utmost protection for all students, and to prevent financial loss
